Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword

And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.

Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.
